Martine McCutcheon shares top weight loss tip after losing 21 inches off her body

EastEnders legend Martine McCutcheon has opened up on her one main tip when it comes to weight loss after dropping an incredible 21 inches from her body.The actress, 47, has revealed she’s ditched “crazy diets” after years of different attempts to shed the pounds and she now focuses on “what works for me”.

Martine suffered from invisible health conditions including Lyme disease, chronic ME and fibromyalgia and now swears by doing what is right for her to ensure her health. In 2021 she spoke about The Cambridge Diet Plan, which involves eating calorie-controlled foods, but now she’s ditched the diet plans, she follows her own rules, as writes the Mirror.

And her biggest tip is to make sure that every meal she eats contains lots of different types of vegetables, while her snacks throughout the day are fruit-based."For 80 per cent of my week, I will mainly have just healthy proteins, vegetables and fruit, organic and veggie juices, and Flora spread.

And then I'll have treats 20 per cent of the time. It's taken me such a long time to look through all the stuff that's out there, and just do what works for me," she told Best Magazine.
