Mary-Kate Olsen and Olivier Sarkozy's 'emergency divorce' rejected by New York judge

Mary-Kate Olsen had recently appealed for an emergency divorce but this has now been rejected. Yesterday, Manhattan judge Justice Michael Katz denied the request for a divorce claiming it wasn't an "essential matter" as New York remains in lockdown.
Mary-Kate, 33, claimed that her ex-husband Olivier Sarkozy is evicting her from their shared New York apartment. The Olsenboye fashion designer filed for an emergency divorce on Wednesday, claiming that Sarkozy was attempting to kick her out of their lavish pad by Monday, May 18th.
She had also requested an extension to the eviction given the circumstances of the state being in lockdown. The blonde bombshell revealed that Sarkozy had terminated the lease on their home without her consent.
