Mary-Kate Olsen's bid to have an emergency divorce from her husband Olivier Sarkozy has reportedly been rejected by New York judge Michael Katz on Thursday, 14 May.The 33 year old had first filed for divorce on 17 April.
However, after the coronavirus hit the US, the courts were only accepting emergency divorce filings. Claiming that Olivier, who is the brother of former French president Nicolas, was trying to force her out of their home in the Big Apple, Mary-Kate decided to file for an emergency divorce.
