Mary-Kate Olsen’s request to submit an emergency divorce filing from Olivier Sarkozy has been denied. The 33-year-old actress-turned-fashion mogul, who wed Olivier in 2015, filed for divorce last month, but she was informed the city’s courts were not accepting such cases at the time because of limited resources due to the coronavirus pandemic.
She then asked to submit an emergency filing, due to the French banker allegedly making her move out of their New York apartment amid the health crisis, but this has also now been denied.
