McDonald's names the first 15 branches that will reopen for deliveries next week

McDonald's has named the 15 restaurants that will reopen to the public on May 13 as part of a new trial project. The move follows in the footsteps of Burger King, KFC, TGI Fridays and Wagamama who have all reopened their doors for takeaways amid the ongoing coronavirus lockdown.
A McDonald's spokesman said orders will be available through UberEats and Deliveroo in areas such as Chelmsford Riverside and Ipswich Cardinal Park from next week.
Restaurants will operate under temporarily reduced hours of 11am until 10pm, which means they won't be serving breakfast options for the foreseeable future.
