Melbourne zookeeper's livestream dance goes viral

Normally when people tune in to livestreams from zoos they expect to see animals, but at Melbourne Zoo, there was also a performance from a keeper to enjoy.

Melbourne Zoo has reduced the number of visitors allowed, to ensure they can maintain social-distancing rules at all times during the coronavirus pandemic, but people can also tune in to livestreams from various animal enclosures.

On a feed from the giraffe area, a zookeeper named Adam decided to entertain viewers through his apparently spontaneous dance performance.

Adam's routine became an internet sensation, with Zoo Victoria also sharing his dance moves on its Facebook page. "Hang on, we thought this was meant to be #AnimalsAtHome?," it captioned the video.
