"Mission: Impossible 7" has halted filming after at least one production member tested positive for coronavirus. A source close to the production told The Hollywood Reporter that filming will be stopped for 14 days.

It is unclear how many people tested positive for coronavirus. "We have temporarily halted production on ‘Mission: Impossible 7’ until June 14th, due to positive coronavirus test results during routine testing," the production told THR in a statement. "We are following all safety protocols and will continue to monitor the situation." The diagnosis comes months after star Tom Cruise's infamous and expletive-filled tirade on-set, in which he reportedly caught two crew members not following COVID-19 safety protocols.
