A mum was shouted at when she pushed a full trolley through her local supermarket. Former Neighbours actress Madeleine West was getting groceries for her six children when she was confronted by an angry shopper.

She was “glared” at by strangers before a man launched into an expletive-filled rant at her. The 39-year-old, from Melbourne, recalled the moment in a first person piece for 9Honey.

She said: "I had a bit of an episode a few weeks back when a harried shopper behind me interpreted my Mount Vesuvius-like overloaded trolley to be hoarding. "He delivered a volley of choice expletives and stormed off to the next counter before I could utter: 'But I've got six kids!
