Reopening of prohibited activities in areas outside containment zones to be done in phased manner, says MHA New Delhi: The Ministry of Home Affairs on Saturday announced that nationwide lockdown in Covid-19 containment zones has been extended till 30 June.
The Ministry issued new guidelines for phased re-opening of all activities outside containment zones for the next one month.
As part of Phase One, religious places and places of worship for public, hotels, restaurants and other hospitality services and shopping malls will be permitted to open from 8 June.
As part of Phase Two, schools, colleges, educational/ training/ coaching institutions etc., will be opened after consultations with states and UTs, said MHA.
