Newcastle defender Danny Rose has generously stumped up to buy hundreds of pizzas delivered to courageous NHS frontline staff who are putting their lives on the line in the battle against coronavirus.
Rose was previously unveiled as the mystery donor who stumped up £19,000 to a hospital that treated him while at Tottenham. And the Magpies star shelled out again to provide a much needed boost to hungry staff at North Middlesex University Hospital, which is one of London's busiest acute hospitals serving 350,000 people living in Enfield, Haringey. "Thank you Danny Rose for the hundreds of @Dominos_UK pizzas arriving for #TeamNorthMid #NHS," they tweeted with a video showing the Dominos pizza boxes stacked up.
