Sarah-Jane Mee has said she is planning to have a home birth because of the coronavirus pandemic. The 41-year-old Sky News presenter said that she did not want to go to hospital in case Covid-19 restrictions meant that she could not have her fiancé by her side.
Speaking to Hello! magazine, Sarah-Jane said that she wanted to make sure that Ben Richardson could remain with her and she was not planning on going into hospital alone.
She said: "I don't want to be walking into hospital on my own to have this baby, so I am considering a home birth.
