Scotland is to face tougher Coronavirus restrictions after Christmas, Nicola Sturgeon has announced. The new measures include limiting the capacity at outdoor events, seeing large-scale Hogmanay celebrations cancelled and rendering live sports 'effectively spectator-free.'
