OTTAWA -- Ontario has declared a state of emergency regarding the COVID-19 pandemic, ordering many facilities closed, including rec centres, libraries, private schools and the dining rooms of bars and restauraunts.

The Source The Source has announced all corporately-owned retail locations will close until March 31.
