PHILADELPHIA - Philadelphia Police Commissioner Danielle Outlaw says she is "deeply concerned" by some of the social media videos she has seen depicting use of force by her department.The commissioner's comments came during a news conference Friday afternoon where she and Mayor Jim Kenney were providing updates on the city's response to protests in response to George Floyd's death last week in police custody in Minneapolis.Outlaw began by saying she's aware of several videos circulating on social media showing applications of force by police officers."Some of those videos depict conduct that appears to be within our policy guidelines," she said. "However, some of the images are disturbing and depict behavior that does not appear to be in.
