The Passport Office has warning millions of Brit holidaymakers that passport applications are taking longer because of the coronavirus pandemic and changed working practices.
As a result, they are advising Brits to delay applying for a passport at this present time. A Home Office spokeswoman said: “Her Majesty’s Passport Office continues to process standard passport applications, and you can continue to apply online.
