Paul O'Grady was left heartbroken after his beloved dog Boycie died earlier this week, but now the star has a new pup to show off to the world.

The 64-year-old TV star and comedian has revealed he's taken in the adorable Nancy from Battersea Dogs and Cats home after the loss of his older Shih Tzu dog.

Animal lover Paul, who recently joined Instagram, took to his account to show off his pooch. "Just thought I'd let you all know at Battersea how Nancy is doing," Paul penned alongside the snap.
