Chelsea and Tottenham have been dealt a blow in their efforts to bring Philippe Coutinho back to the Premier League - with Barcelona reportedly wanting to keep the playmaker.
Coutinho has been widely expected to leave Camp Nou this summer, sparking a frenzy of interest from top-flight clubs in England.
The Brazilian playmaker has been on a season-long loan at Bayern Munich, having struggled to impress since joining Barca from Liverpool for £130million in January 2018.
Bayern are not expected to make the Brazilian's switch permanent this summer, leaving Frank Lampard's Chelsea as the favourites to sign the 27-year-old.
