Phillip Schofield has said talking ‘saved’ him, three months after coming out as gay. The 58-year-old confirmed back in February that after 27 years of marriage to wife Steph, he has come to terms with the fact that he is gay.

And he gave insight to the inner turmoil he suffered, by sharing a fundraiser for a young man who took his own life. Schofield shared a GoFundMe set up in memory of Morgan Mcglynn, to raise money for Guernsey Mind in an effort to prevent male suicide.
