Piers Stefan Pughe-Morgan (born 30 March 1965) is an English broadcaster, journalist, writer, and television personality. He is currently a co-presenter of the ITV Breakfast programme Good Morning Britain from Monday to Wednesday each week. Morgan began his career in Fleet Street as a writer and editor for several tabloid papers, including The Sun, News of the World, and the Daily Mirror. In 1994, aged 29, he was appointed editor of the News of the World by Rupert Murdoch, which made him the youngest editor of a British national newspaper in more than half a century.

The outspoken presenter is known for his opinions and the latest news suggesting that we're closer to getting a vaccine to fight Covid-19 has got him talking.Pfizer's new coronavirus vaccine could be in public use within weeks, helping to end the second lockdown and saving Christmas, it is hoped.Piers, 55, is fully onboard with this new breakthrough and took to Twitter to share his view on the matter.The ITV star posted: "To all the anti-vaxxer Covidiots predictably now screaming that they won’t have the jab, let me say this: a) If it’s approved then I will have it done live on TV.
