HEARD COUNTY, Ga. - The owner of a dog rescue group in Heard County was arrested after authorities said they found the animals living in deplorable conditions.Investigators said more than 200 dogs were found on property belonging to Wendy Brewer and Dogs Rock Rescue. PHILADELPHIA - A Philadelphia food delivery driver says he out of a job after his expensive bike was stolen while he was picking up orders. Dajon Murray told FOX 29 that he was making his last stop of the night at the Wawa on 37th and Spruce streets in University City early Friday morning. Murray said when he left his bike near the front of the store and when he turned around to pickup the order someone stole it. Wawa employees shared surveillance video with Murray that he says captures the bike thief in the act. Dajon Murray said he was getting a pickup order at a Philadelphia Wawa when someone stole his expensive electric bike. DREXEL HILL, Pa. - Authorities say a fight at a high school football game just outside of Philadelphia sparked false reports of a shooting and sent fans and players running for safety. The Upper Darby Police Department said in a tweet that a physical fight broke out at Saturday night's matchup between Upper Darby High School and Monsignor Bonner. Amid the commotion, some believed they heard shots being fired which caused players and fans to run for safety. A video tweeted by Philadelphia Sports Digest captured crowds of rushing across the field, towards the exit. Police said reports of a shooting at the game were false and that officers were in the process of clearing the area. No arrests were reported immediately following the incident and police did not say what sparked the initial fight.The game was canceled with Monsignor Bishop leading 6-0 in the third quarter.

PHILADELPHIA - The mother of 8-year-old Fanta Bility shared memories of her daughter who was killed by police gunfire while leaving a high school football game nearly one-year ago. "Fanta was a giver, she was so nice to friends, sometimes she would take food and give it to friends, and clothes, she was so happy," Tenneh Kromah said.Authorities say on Aug. 27, Bility and her family were leaving the Academy Park High School football field among a crowd of fans when a shooting between two young men erupted.

PHILADELPHIA - The Philadelphia Police Department is reforming its cold case investigation branch that was forced into dormancy as homicides surged across the city and stretched resources thin. "It was very unfortunate, but the cold cases ended up going by the wayside," Captain Jason Smith from the department's homicide unit told FOX 29's Kelly Rule. There are currently more than 4,000 unsolved murders in Philadelphia dating back to 1990, and just last year the city set a historically bloody benchmark of 562 killings. Smith said as homicides continued to pour in, he was forced to begin assigning investigators from the Cold Case Unit to probe active homicides. MORE LOCAL HEADLINES"We will continue to work those investigations, but in order to do that effectively I need a team of investigators dedicated to that purpose; to work on cold case investigations," Smith said. The department's revamped Cold Case Unit currently consists of two teams and four investigators, but Smith expects to double the unit's manpower by mid-September. Together, the team will work off tips and pull old case files to meticulously go through the details of the thousands of unsolved murders.

DELAWARE - A University of Delaware employee is isolating after testing positive for moneybox, according to the school. An announcement posted on the school's website Wednesday said, "A UD employee has been diagnosed with monkeypox. PHILADELPHIA - The Atlantic County Prosecutor's Office is investigating the fatal shooting of a Philadelphia man in Atlantic City. According to authorities, the shooting happened on Thursday around 12:06 a.m. Officials say officers from the Atlantic City Police Department responded to a Shot Spotter Alert near the 1300 block of Baltic Avenue. MORE LOCAL HEADLINESOfficers found 31-year-old Jordan Eaddy and he was pronounced dead on scene, according to the Prosecutor's Office. Authorities did not detail the extent of his injuries. Police are urging anyone with information on the shooting to contact the prosecutor's office at 609-909-7800.

NORRISTOWN, Pa. - A Norristown dance instructor has been arrested after a woman discovered a hidden camera in the studio bathroom. Authorities say the Norristown Police Department took a report from a woman who attended a private dance lesson at Frankie G Dance Academy, located at 1705 Kendrick Lane. According to police, the woman said the instructor gave her clothes from the dance studio and asked her to try them on. The woman went into the studio's bathroom and noticed a cell phone charging block in the wall while changing, officials say. MORE LOCAL HEADLINESPolice say the woman recalled seeing a video on TikTok warning about charging blocks that can be disguised as hidden cameras and she inspected it, learning it was a pinhole camera. According to authorities, the woman removed the data card from the camera, which contained video of her changing and she turned it over to Norristown police. After interviewing several people, a search warrant was obtained for the location along with an arrest warrant for the owner, 37-year-old Francis Gerarn Laurenzi, who is also known as "Frankie G," authorities say. During a search of the property, police confirmed that the studio was unlicensed and operating in the basement of the property on Kendrick Lane, according to officials. Police say Laurenzi was taken into custody and multiple electronic devices, including media storage items, were taken from the property. Authorities are working to process the files to identify victims. In a Thursday afternoon press conference, police said Laurenzi was charged with invasion of privacy and related offenses. Police are asking anyone who has taken dance lessons at the FG Dance Academy on Kendrick Lane to contact Norristown Police at
