A family eating dinner together on their drive were confronted by police officers sent to enforce strict coronavirus social distancing measures.
On Good Friday a family, claiming to be from the same household, dragged tables and chairs outside their home to enjoy a meal in the sunshine.
The meal was soon shut down by West Midlands Police who had been tasked with enforcing the UK Covid-19 lockdown, Birmingham Live reports.
The force said officers are asked to use their “common sense” and approach groups who are flouting orders to stay at home. West Midlands Police captured the incident on camera, and have shared it to show the reality of their work during the crisis.
