PHILADELPHIA - Two female victims were injured after police say they were shot in Kensington early Sunday morning.The alleged shooting occurred on the 300 block of East Westmoreland Street around 4:37 a.m.Police say a 17-year-old suffered a graze wound to the back of the head.

She was transported to Temple University Hospital, where she is said to be in stable condition.Another victim, a 22-year-old woman, was reportedly shot in the arm.

WILMINGTON, Del. - Four people have been indicted on dozens of charges in Delaware after an investigation into a series of incidents including stolen cars and shootings. According to the Wilmington Police Department, Kyair Keys, Walike Parham, Markel Richards and Jahmir Morris-Whit collectively face 75 charges for crimes between January 14 and January 22. Of those charges, 63 are felonies, according to police. Police say on January 14 around 3:37 p.m., shots were fired on the 300 block of West 23rd Street, where a daycare with a teacher and three children was struck by gunfire. Authorities say on January 20 around 8:46 p.m., officers heard gunfire on the 1000 block of Lombard Street. When officers arrived, they saw four armed suspects get into a car, according to police. Officials say police began to chase the four suspects and Morris-Whit, 21, was taken into custody while the remaining suspects fled the scene. Two days later on January 22, officers responded to reports of gunshots at a BP gas station on the 200 block of South Heald Street, authorities say.

PHILADELPHIA - The City of Philadelphia is offering a $20,000 reward for information that leads to the arrest of three suspects wanted in connection with a double shooting in Fairhill that killed one person and injured another in May. Officials say police responded to the 3000 block of North Lawrence Street, in Philadelphia's Fairhill section on the night of May 29 for a report of a shooting. According to authorities, the three suspects fired shots at several people in the area. Police say officers arrived on scene and found Edgardo Santiago, 56, shot twice in the chest. He was rushed to Temple University Hospital where he died, according to authorities. A 33-year-old woman was shot seven times across her legs and abdomen, but she survived, police say. Authorities say the incident was captured on video and the suspects were seen earlier in the day. The trio was last seen operating a Mercedes Benz GLC 300 with license plate tag XD317635. Anyone with information is urged to contact police at 215-686-8477 or submit an anonymous tip.

NEW CASTLE, Del. - Authorities in Delaware say scammers stole thousands of dollars from elderly people by posing as family members in dire need of money. The New Castle Division of Police responded Monday to the homes of at least four different victims between the ages of 83 and 90-years-old. Each victim told police a similar story about being contacted by a person who claimed to be a family member in serious legal trouble and in need of bail money.At least three victims handed over between $9K and $15K to people who came to the victim's homes to collect the money. In one instance, police said an 83-year-old asked to see a suspect's ID when he came to pick up the money.
