Pret challenges customers to sandwich making competition – and winning filling will appear on their menu

While Pret a Manger stores are closed due to coronavirus lockdown, the company is already thinking about what will be on their shelves when the temporary closure lifts.The coffee and bakery chain has challenged its loyal customers to a sandwich making competition while they're practising self-isolation at home.
Winners of 'The Next Pret Sandwich' competition will also see their recipe become one of theChef’s Specials and eventually launch into Pret shops over the next couple of months when the store reopens.
The competition has been launched on Pret's Instagram channel today along with advice from one of their own chefs Val, who is responsible for some of our most popular products.
