A new documentary will claim Princess Diana attempted to kill herself four times and it could be aired on Netflix. The four-parter - titled 'Being Me: Diana' - will air the struggles of the beloved royal and lay bare her mental health battles and eating disorders.

It will tell all about Diana’s troubled childhood right the way through to her unhappy marriage to Prince Charles. It is at that point in her life where she tried to to take her own life, the show is set to claim.

The series will also reveal never-before-seen footage from Diana’s speeches in 1990-92. It will make difficult viewing for Prince William and Harry, 23 years on from their mother's death in Paris.
