Radio 1's Greg James forced to apologise after caller drops F-bomb live on-air

Greg James apologised to listeners today after the F-bomb was dropped live on air. The 34-year-old was hosting his BBC Radio 1 breakfast show when a caller let slip the bad language in a major blunder.

Greg was speaking to a listener who phoned in for the segment called the 'sad-vent calendar' in which callers ring up for a chat and see what's behind the door for that day.

The listener explained his job was making ventilators amid the coronavirus lockdown, and Greg thanked him for the incredible work he's doing during the pandemic.

However things turned awkward when his co-workers were heard "arguing" in the background of the phone call. Greg said jokingly: "Tell them to shut up..." Then the F-bomb was heard and the caller laughed nervously
