Actress Rebel Wilson has undergone an epic transformation this year as she vowed to ditch the pounds in 2020. The hilarious Australian performer, 40, had pledged to make this year all about health, and the results of her special diet and exercise appear to be paying off.

The blonde bombshell is said to have been following the Mayr Method diet plan ever since visiting the Mayr wellness centre last year.

Alongside her new eating plan, the A-list actress has also been putting in lots of exercise as she vowed to get down to 11 and a half stone by the end of the year.

A source recently explained to People that the comedian had enjoyed a trip to Viva Mayr in Austria and achieved "amazing results" after following the Mayr Method diet.
