A CONCERNED resident of an Airdrie street has hit out at the “disrespectful” people blighting the area by dumping rubbish on the streets.Kanti Kandikonda has highlighted the “significant issue” of fly-tipping on Yetts Hole Road throughout the coronavirus lockdown.With the Scottish Government still ordering waste recycling centres to remain closed, Kanti is concerned people’s health and the environment will suffer if residents continue to leave their rubbish in the community.Kanti said: “One morning we went out for a walk and while taking in the fresh air and appreciating the beautiful nature, we had to bear piles of rubbish and garbage dumped at a few places on Yetts Hole Road.“Despite the current circumstances of Covid-19, council
