Residents in Coltness have “had enough” of driving on crumbling roads.Potholes have become a major problem on Earlston Street and Buchan Street, angering many motorists who feel their cars are being damaged.Some claim the potholes have been a feature in the area for several years and are calling on the council to repair them.Scott McAllum has had enough of them.

He said: “The council have told us that because there is no reported accidents, nothing can be done.“Cars go down these roads really fast, these potholes are an added danger.“I spoke to the council a couple of years back and they came and filled in one side of the road, yet left the other.
