Sam Smith steps out after coronavirus quarantine meltdown but keeps safe distance from pals

Sam Smith has been spotted out for the first time since they went into coronavirus quarantine, as they headed out for a coffee with friends.

The singer, 27, was spotted walking around North London with a takeaway coffee in their hand, and appeared to be practising social distancing as they stood with a gap between them and their friend.

Sam was seen speaking to a group during the trip, but again stood at a safe distance amid the government guidelines to avoid close contact during the pandemic.

The day before, they had shared photos of the ‘stages of a quarantine meltdown’ as they self-isolated in their house. Earlier in the week, Sam had also told their followers they were ‘bored s**tless’ being stuck indoors all day.
