UEFA has lifted the 3pm Saturday TV blackout for the rest of the season.Current rules dictate matches in Scotland and England cannot be broadcast live on Saturday afternoons.But as football bosses scramble to find solutions to the season amid the coronavirus pandemic, the European governing body has relaxed the restriction.Premier League chiefs, in particular, have been desperate to get the campaign over the line in fear of a £1billion bill from broadcasters, sponsors and advertisers.
With the TV rule no longer in place, they could now explore the possibility of having matches shown live behind closed doors.
