Sky Sports and BT Sport banned from asking Premier League when season will return

The Premier League have gagged Sky Sports and BT Sport from any asking questions about the return of the football season. The pair, who paid £1.19bn and £325m respectively for the right to broadcast games this term, have been told access to managers and players will be revoked should questions be asked over the schedule.

Clubs have agreed to provide their manager and players to the broadcaster during the sporting lockdown. But an email seen by the Daily Mail shows all questions relating to the shutdown have been banned.
