Teen sets up baking business to fight 'pandemic stress'

While banana bread and sourdough were crazes of the first lockdown of 2020, many people have continued to fight stress and boredom by baking at home.

One teenager from Dublin has taken things a step further. 18-year-old Siobhan Anikwe has set up 'Coral Sweet Eats', selling cupcakes and celebration cakes.

In this video, she explains how she felt "trapped in lockdown" and how baking gave her a creative outlet during some tough times. "Baking makes me feel free.
