A teenager has been orphaned after losing both his parents to coronavirus just four days apart. Justin Hunter, 17, tested positive for coronavirus along with his parents Eugene, 59, and Angie, 57.

While Justine, from Atlanta, US, was asymptomatic - his parents, married for 35 years, developed serious complications. Justin said his parents began suffering from headaches, a severe cough and their temperatures "skyrocketed".

After being rushed to hospital, Eugene tragically died on July 26, followed by his wife Angie on July 30. Brave Justin has now said he is determined to persevere through the pain of losing his parents to the virus and honour them in "everything" he does.

PHILADELPHIA - No one was injured after a gunman opened fire on a Philadelphia police officer during a shootout Wednesday afternoon in Germantown.Philadelphia Police Sergeant Eric Gripp told reporters that two plainclothes officers in an unmarked car were patrolling the 4800 block of Keyser Street around 2 p.m. when they came upon a shootout between a 23-year-old and a 20-year-old.
