Hyderabad: The Telangana public health and family welfare department has started using the Covid-19 Monitoring System app developed by US- and Hyderabad-headquartered startup Vera Smart Healthcare.

On Monday, the state government also launched its official WhatsApp Chatbot – ‘TS Gov Covid Info’ (on 9000 658 658) – as part of its efforts to provide authentic information to citizens on the ongoing pandemic.

The app will help the state government track, monitor, and provide real-time analysis through live surveillance of covid-19 patients.

This will help it gather information as and when required. The system lets each health caller handle more than 1,500 calls and have a simple chatbot interaction every day with a patient to ensure that a

Tequila could become America’s favorite liquor, data trends show
