Restaurants and bars are still waiting to hear whether they'll be allowed to reopen in July as outlined in the Government's road map - or perhaps even earlier, as Boris Johnson has hinted.
But when they do the dining experience is likely to look very different. Albert’s Schloss has today revealed the measures it’s putting in place to keep staff, customers and performers safe from Covid-19 when the bar is permitted to reopen.
It could be a taste of things to come at hospitality venues across Greater Manchester and the rest of the UK. The popular Peter Street venue has installed perspex screens between booths and at the bar, introduced a one-way system, removed tables and cut down its menu.
