Bolton continues to have the highest rate in Greater Manchester, with 47.3 cases for every 100,000 people for the week ending April 20.
It represents a fall of three per cent compared to the week before, according to the latest figures published by Public Health England.
Trafford registered the lowest infection rate in Greater Manchester with 26.1 cases per 100,000 people, one of eight boroughs where the infection rate fell compared to the previous week.
