They are Manchester, Salford and Bury. Blackburn with Darwen in Lancashire continues to have the highest rate of infections in the country, with 776 new cases in the seven days to June 18 - the latest figures available.
That's the equivalent of 518.4 cases per 100,000 people. But Manchester, Bury and Salford collectively saw 3,578 new cases in the week period - representing a rise in each borough from the previous seven days to June 11.
