Reality TV star and model Christine McGuinness has opened up about her upset at not being able to get McDonald's for her autistic children in lockdown.

The wife of Top Gear presenter Paddy McGuinness says McDonald's is the one food all three of their children would eat as it's 'safe' to them.

Posting a photo of three McDonald's Happy Meals from before the lockdown, she shared her concern with her followers on Instagram. "The one meal all three of my children would eat @mcdonalds we miss you!" she told the fast food giant. "I never thought I would wish for fast food for my children but as I expected the changes have affected them and two of my children are barely eating, it’s been like this for over three weeks now."
