Three more schools in Greater Glasgow area hit with Covid-19 outbreaks

coronavirus have been recorded at three more schools in the Greater Glasgow area. NHS Test and Protect staff are working to contact those who have been in close contact with pupils and teachers at St Aloysius' College, Braidbar Primary School in East Renfrewshire and Johnstone High School in Renfrewshire.

Health board NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde said there was no evidence of transmission in the schools with new cases or with historical cases.

It comes a day after four schools/nurseries saw positive cases in the same health board area.Some staff and pupils at Dalmarnock Primary,St Martha’s Primary, Govan High School and Mossvale Primary in Renfrewshire are self-isolating after a number of positive cases.A spokeswoman for the health board.
