WASHINGTON : US President Donald Trump said Thursday he does not wish to speak "right now" to his Chinese counterpart Xi Jinping, declaring himself "very disappointed" by the country's handling of the coronavirus pandemic.

Trump said he was very disappointed in China over its failure to contain the novel coronavirus, saying the worldwide pandemic cast a pall over his trade deal with Beijing. "I have a very good relationship, but I just -- right now I don't want to speak to him," Trump told Fox Business Network.
