Tyson Fury's daily workouts have helped a fan give up drinking after following his routines for 10 weeks. Alongside his wife Paris, the heavyweight world champion has been streaming his sessions every day during lockdown.

Thousands of fans have tuned in at 9am each morning for the workouts which typically take 45 minutes. And Fury, who has credited the exercises with improving his mental health during the coronavirus pandemic, invited one fan on to his Instagram this morning.
