UK coronavirus deaths have risen by 15, the Department of Health said today. That means the death toll in all settings - including care homes - is now at 42,647.
The hospital death toll now stands at a grim 32,836 across the country, according to figures released today. NHS England said that seven people had died in the Midlands while just one patient died in London.
