The UK's hospital death toll has risen by 32 in the second lowest increase since the lockdown began. The figure for Monday brings the nationwide death toll to at least 41,730 with the full figures to be released late today.
The figures record the coronavirus death toll reported by hospitals only, with more from care homes and the community to be released later today in the daily Downing Street press conference.
England reported 28 new hospitals deaths, and Wales recorded four more deaths. There were no new deaths reported in Northern Ireland or Scotland.
