A total of 904 people are currently being treated in hospital with 19 in intensive care - a decrease of four. First Minister Nicola Sturgeon confirmed the latest figures during the daily briefing at St Andrew’s House in Edinburgh.
The figures came as Scotland moved into the first day of phase two of the route map out of lockdown. Scots who have been shielding at home can now exercise outside and meet with another household.Those living alone or single parents with young children under 18 can form an “extended household” where they can meet indoors without social distancing.
