The UK's coronavirus hospital death toll has increased by 19 as a steady decline in fatalities in recent weeks shows signs of slowing.
England reported 18 new hospital deaths amid fresh fears that the easing of the lockdown - including the reopening of pubs - could lead to a surge in cases.
The fears were stoked by scenes of carnage as hundreds of revellers ignored social distancing in places such as Soho, central London, and police dealt with fights, streakers and other trouble on Super Saturday.
