Britain is set to bask in 26C sunshine on its hottest day of the year so far tomorrow, forecasters say. London and the South East will be hotter than Ibiza and St Tropez as temperatures rise - as Brits are warned they must stay at home to stop the spread of coronavirus.

It will be shortlived however - as temperatures will plunge by as much as 15C on Sunday, when a cold weather front moves in from northern parts of Scotland.
