The government has released new guidance about how to keep yourself safe from coronavirus when spending time with people outside your home.

As lockdown measures were eased in England, it is now possible to meet up with one person from another household outside - while maintaining social distancing.

People who cannot work from home are also now being actively advised to go into work, but avoid public transport. As the government published a 50-page report about the country's 'road map' to easing restrictions, new guidance was issued about how to stay safe outside the home.
