Most of her projects finished by the first week of March, days before the nationwide lockdown, which has affected the planning of several weddings and events, was announced. “We got an indication and a reality check during a wedding in Thailand in February.
There were so many changes, and about 40% of the guests could not make it to the venue because of covid-19. We were forced to work on a day-to-day basis," says Bengaluru-based Poddar, 35.
