The Premier League is set to hold a meeting on Friday to discuss what measures could be put in ensure the 2019-20 season is concluded.
The Premier League campaign was initially suspended until April 3 almost three weeks ago before the Football Association decided to extend that suspension until April 30 due to the severity of the coronavirus outbreak.
However, it is looking increasingly unlikely that the season will resume at the end of April, with a new date set to be decided for the restart of the campaign.
The Premier League will host its next meeting on Friday to discuss a potential restart date and a whole host of other topics that will be requiring answers from clubs.
