Whitney Houston’s most enduring chart-topping hits, “Greatest Love of All.” The song is featured on the late singer’s 1985 self-titled debut album, which is celebrating its 35th anniversary this year with the release of a two-album 12” vinyl collector’s edition.Available today (June 22), the “Greatest Love of All” video underscores the song’s resonating lyrics with powerful images and video footage chronicling the black experience from 1940 to the present day, including clips and photos featuring Houston herself.
The lyric video was created by the Black Archive, operated by Chicago-based curator Renata Cherlise, in partnership with the Whitney Houston Estate and Sony Music.
